I started practicing yoga when i was 18, and simultaneously began seeing an energy healer. The effects on my life were positive, and so shortly after I received my RYT 200 Certification. I deepened my own practice, and briefly taught yoga in a studio. Yet growth is rarely a straight line. Diagnosed with ADHD, and feeling the pressure to find financial stability and success, I began taking medication that helped me focus - not willing to admit that the focus came at the cost of reducing my deeper, intuitive senses. My life path altered towards corporate, structure and financial gain, and for a time it felt good. Quickly though, I sensed an emptiness. Over time, an inner voice whispered of a need for change. The whisper grew louder, the negative side effects to my psyche and wellbeing impossible to ignore. More importantly, that this medication was dulling my sensitivity, my connection to the essence of the soul. Thus, at 27 I quit all medications, quit my corporate job, and the journey back to my soul took me to my homeland of Greece.
There began my journey of psychological and spiritual renewal. I reconnected to Mother Nature first (she is always the first healer). I slowed down. I meditated - a lot. And I found Yoga grounded me profoundly, more than it ever had. The journey continued once I returned back to California. That inner voice was talking again, but this time louder and clearer - I was called to teach yoga. I knew if it resonated with me, it would resonate with others. Endlessly curious, I expanded my learnings to include Breathwork, sound healing, Qi Gong and my gained my Reiki Certification - all techniques that had a positive impact on me. My teaching style grew to what it is today, incorporate a unique blend of energy cultivating modalities, merging metaphysics with body mechanics.
I love what I teach, and I’m grateful for my path to becoming a healer. It has taught me that while we have the capacity to make ourselves sick, we also hold the profound capacity to heal. Through movement, intention, breath, sound, and energy, we can alchemize our experiences into growth and evolution. And what an empowering and joyful journey it is.
My vision is one of connection.
Just as no two fingerprints are the same, no two souls are alike. We each carry a unique story and expression of life, yet beneath our differences is a common thread—a light that exists within us all.
I believe healing is a remembering of that light.
Through Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Energywork, my role is to create space for you to access your own innate capacity for healing. As we gently release the layers that kept us disconnected from ourselves, we make more room for joy—to laugh, to play, to feel, and to fully experience the beauty of being alive. For the deeper we connect to our true essence, the more connected we become to ourselves, to one another, and to the world around us.
